• Workout data — weight, reps, sets for progress tracking
• Progress photos — with your explicit consent for comparison
• IP address — for security and fraud prevention

• Delivering personalized workout and nutrition plans
• Enabling communication between you and your coach
• Improving our services and user experience
• We never sell your data to third parties

Progress photos are sensitive data. We store them encrypted and they are only accessible to your coach and you. For marketing use (Results Slider, Timelapse), we will obtain separate consent.

• Access: You can request a copy of all your data
• Deletion: You can request complete account and data deletion
• Portability: You can receive your data in a readable format
• Objection: You can unsubscribe from emails at any time

By participating in the 8-week challenge:

• Your XP stake is locked and returned with 50% bonus upon completing 80%+ sessions
• Weekly photos must be taken directly from camera (anti-cheat)
• Leaderboard scores are based on composite formula (weight + consistency + judging)
• The coach's decision is final and non-appealable
